Job Description

The African School of Regulation (ASR), in collaboration with GET.transform, is launching the African Women in Energy Regulation – Leadership Program (AWER-LP) to empower African women in energy regulation.

We are inviting proposals from experienced consultants to develop and deliver training content for the following modules:

• Lot 1: Leadership in Energy – Navigating Male-Dominated Sectors
• Lot 2: Negotiation, Influence & Assertive Communication
• Lot 3: Work-Life Balance & Time Management for Energy Professionals
• Lot 4: Leadership Career Development & Mentorship (Mentorship & Sponsorship, Personal Branding, Networking)

Delivery Format:

• Lots 1 & 2: Online (14–21 November 2025)
• Lots 3 & 4: In-person in Accra, Ghana (24–28 November 2025)
